Ryan C. Judson

As a 3rd generation San Diego native, Ryan brings a diverse portfolio to the Southern California real estate scene. Going well beyond the typical real estate educational requirements, Ryan is also a broker, has a degree in “Business” and “Real Estate” from San Diego State University and also recently became a “Crypto Certified” real estate agent.

Originally gaining experience in the marketplace as a commercial land broker before returning back into the residential sector for the past 10 years, Ryan attributes his early interest in Real Estate to watching his father’s success, who was a prominent home developer in North County. From procuring genuine relationships, to implementing his acquired marketing skills, to breaking through the most challenging of roadblocks, Ryan prides himself on being completely honest and transparent, as well as extremely responsive and readily available to all of his clients. Apart from hitting home runs for people in real estate, Ryan enjoys volunteering in his community, surfing, golfing diving, and spending time with his beautiful wife and 2 daughters.

Rachael Judson

Also a generational native to San Diego, Rachael is the perfect compliment to the Move In San Diego real estate team. From growing up in North County, buying her own house, raising two daughters (that are now both in school full time), Rachael shares her knowledge and connections that she’s gained and offers her perspective as a wife and mom with her unique understanding of our local communities.

Rachael previously worked in the service industry for 12 years and also as a licensed esthetician before entering the real estate world and transferring her excellent customer service skills over to help clients achieve the dream of home ownership. 

Aside from assisting her husband with real estate and taking care of her family, Rachael lives a very active lifestyle being involved with several fitness studios in North County, with a goal of keeping her body and mind in the best shape possible.
